ODT and PDF

Most people work in Word or Pages, where ODT files can look slightly different. A PDF looks the same on every device and is the safest way to send something to be read or printed.

What changes when you convert

  • A PDF looks the same on every device but is hard to edit, so keep the ODT if you’ll need to make changes.
